CEO - Cove Federal Credit Union

CFCU’s Board has begun its search for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) due to the upcoming retirement of the current CEO.  The CEO is accountable to the Board for the efficient and effective operation of the credit union, the safeguarding of personnel, funds, records and property.  The CEO shall plan, direct and control all credit union activities in accordance with credit union plans, policies, directives, and activities as established by the Board.  The CEO is responsible for ensuring financial stability and member satisfaction commensurate with the best interests of the members, the employees, and the credit union.  The CEO shall provide strategic direction, vision, and management in all functional areas.

CEO - Doe Federal Credit Union

Doe Run Federal Credit Union (DRFCU) was chartered as a Federal Credit Union in 1979. It was started by a small group of employees of Doe Run Chemical Plant in Brandenburg, Kentucky. In 2009, the National Credit Union Administration approved and expansion of DRFCU’s field of membership to include all persons who live, work, worship in Meade County, Kentucky. DRFCU serves its 1,500+ members through its one office location in Brandenburg, Kentucky. DRFCU has $12 million in total assets and operates with 8 employees.

Commercial Loan Specialist -  Commonwealth Credit Union

Description:

The Commercial Loan Specialist provides administrative and technical support to our Commercial Services team. This position requires strong administrative and written/verbal communication skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in multiple software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry-specific software programs (Symitar, LaserPro, Synergy, Servicing Director, SmartSheet) is also required. 

The Commercial Loan Specialist responds to member inquiries on commercial lending and refers such inquiries to appropriate parties when needed. They participate in the loan origination process by ordering and reviewing third-party work, such as flood determination, collateral appraisals, etc. They are involved in portfolio management by tracking loans for the annual review process and maintaining appropriate records.

Role:

They will direct and ensure the fiscal functions of the credit union are done in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and are in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate with the industry. In addition, this role directs the data analysis functions of the credit union critical to business decisions. POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Director of Software Development at Volunteer Corporate Credit Union (VolCorp), you will lead a dedicated team of developers, business analysts, and DBAs in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative financial software solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role combines hands-on oversight of development processes with strategic planning, budgeting, and personnel management, requiring both strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills. A strong background in various software development methodologies, the modern Microsoft .NET stack, secure development practices, and a secure software supply chain is crucial to succeed in this position.


 

Asset Liability Management Analyst - Volunteer Corporate Credit Union 

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Asset Liability Management Analyst, you will be a part of a valuable team which services our member credit unions.   As an ALM Analyst you will gather data from credit unions and use that data in the application software to help evaluate the credit union’s strategies in terms of mitigating risk factors such as interest and liquidity.   You will collaborate with members at various credit unions to assist in the goal of aiming to synchronize the timing of the cash inflows and outflows to minimize business risks in meeting financial obligations and adhere to regulatory requirements.
